GENMAX manufactures mattress packing machines for spring, foam, latex and hybrid mattresses, covering the complete packaging process: vacuum compression, folding, roll packing and film wrapping. A compressed, roll-packed mattress takes up to 80% less space in containers and trucks, which is why roll packing has become the standard for bed-in-a-box brands and export-oriented mattress factories. All GENMAX packing machines are built in our factory and shipped factory-direct worldwide, with installation guidance, operator training and after-sales support included.

Why Mattress Manufacturers Invest in Packing Machines

Shipping a full-size uncompressed mattress wastes container space and drives up freight costs. With an automatic packing machine, a mattress is compressed to a fraction of its original volume, sealed in film to stay clean and dry, and rolled into a compact cylinder that is easy to store, load and deliver. Beyond freight savings, automated packing removes one of the most labor-intensive steps in mattress production: one operator can pack what previously required three to four workers, with consistent packaging quality on every unit.
GENMAX packing machines handle a wide range of mattress types, including pocket spring, bonnell spring, PU foam, memory foam, latex and hybrid constructions.

Our Mattress Packing Machine Range

Automatic Mattress Wrap, Compress and Roll Pack Line (AMC-620)

The AMC-620 is a complete packing line that wraps, compresses, folds and rolls the mattress in one compact unit, without extra conveyors. It is the right choice for factories running high daily output or supplying bed-in-a-box programs, where every mattress must come off the line fully packed and ready for the carton.

Mattress Roll Packing Machine (MJB)

The MJB compresses and rolls PU foam, memory foam and spring mattresses into consistent rolls of 37–45 mm package diameter. It suits manufacturers who already have a wrapping or bagging step and need a reliable, high-volume roll packing station.

Mattress Vacuum Compression Machine (ZYSJ)

The ZYSJ uses hydraulic vacuum compression to flatten and seal spring and sponge mattresses of various designs and thicknesses without damaging the internal structure. It is ideal for factories that ship mattresses flat-packed rather than rolled, or that handle many different sizes on the same line.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can spring mattresses be roll-packed without damage?

Yes. Pocket spring and most hybrid mattresses can be safely compressed and roll-packed, because each spring is compressed evenly and recovers its shape after unpacking. GENMAX machines control compression pressure precisely to protect the spring units and foam layers. For traditional bonnell spring mattresses with rigid border rods, we recommend vacuum flat compression instead of rolling, and our team will confirm the suitable method based on your mattress construction.

What package diameter does the roll packing machine produce?

The MJB Mattress Roll Packing Machine produces consistent roll diameters of 37–45 mm, depending on mattress size and material. Consistent diameters make carton packing and pallet loading predictable for logistics planning.

How much shipping cost can compression packing save?

A roll-packed mattress typically occupies 60–80% less volume than an uncompressed one. In practice, this means a standard 40ft container can load roughly 3 to 4 times more mattresses, which significantly reduces the freight cost per unit for export orders and domestic distribution alike.

What power supply and floor space do the machines require?

Standard machines run on 380V/220V three-phase power and can be configured for your local voltage on request. Floor space depends on the model and line layout; we provide a detailed layout drawing based on your factory floor plan before production.

How long are delivery and installation?

Standard delivery time is 30–45 days after order confirmation. Every machine is fully assembled and test-run in our factory before shipment. We provide installation instructions, video guidance and remote engineer support; on-site installation service is available for production lines.

What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?

GENMAX provides a 1-year warranty covering core components / the complete machine, plus lifetime technical support. Spare parts are shipped from stock, and our engineers respond within 24 hours via WhatsApp, email or video call.
